1. Each team shall consist of eight members and play shall be
by four ball matchplay.
2. All matches will be played off scratch.
3. Handicap Qualification: No player shall be eligible to compete
in this Tournament whose playing handicap was less than nineteen
during the preceding calendar year. The combined lowest playing
handicap of each pair during the preceding calendar year shall
not be less than forty six.
